Chisa Christian is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 20 years of leadership and logistics experience, and the creator of The Interrupt Framework™. She is the founder of Inspiring Women To Excel, LLC, doing business as New Pattern Solutions, and works as an Organizational Performance Consultant, keynote speaker, and executive coach.
During her Air Force career, Chisa served as a Flight NCOIC and Supply NCOIC, leading teams of Airmen and overseeing supply, vehicle, and radio maintenance operations covering thousands of items of equipment. That same discipline, diagnose the real problem before you act on it, now shapes how she works with organizations, government agencies, and individuals.
She brings together leadership, training and facilitation, workforce development, and coaching to help organizations and individuals see past the surface problem to what’s actually driving it. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and an Associate of Applied Science in Logistics.
